At XR Brands, we know that online shopping can sometimes make it necessary to return the purchased products. With that in mind, we happily offer our customers a Satisfaction Guarantee on our full catalog of products.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

We aim to make Returns and Exchanges simple!

Returning Unwanted Products

If you find that you are dissatisfied with your item, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will issue a store credit equal to the price paid for the item, minus the disposal fee.

How to start your Return or Exchange

To begin your return, send us an email at retailorders@xrllc.com to request an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization). To be sure we can provide the fastest service, please include the following in your email: customer name, order number, item (SKU) number, and the reason for the return.

You will be sent an RMA number to allow your return. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS.

If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for any shipping charges to return your item to XR Brands. We recommend that you opt to add insurance to your return shipment in case of loss or damage by the carrier. We also suggest that you choose a carrier option that provides tracking and proof of delivery for your own protection. THE APPROVED RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR ANY RETURN.

Any items returned must be sent in 100% complete. This includes ALL original packaging materials, manuals or instructions, warranty cards (blank), and any other accessories or documents included by the manufacturer. The Manufacturer’s original UPC code must still be on the product package.

Once your item has been received and processed through our Returns Department, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Service Team.

Once our Returns Department has fully processed the returned item(s), a store credit will be issued for the price paid for the item(s), minus the disposal fee.

THE DISPOSAL FEE IS ALSO APPLICABLE TO ANY UNAPPROVED RETURNS.

Exchanging Defective Products

Though we take great care in our product Quality Control, there is always a small chance for an item to be defective or be damaged in transit. If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. Our Customer Service Team will assist you in replacing the item or proving a store credit equivalent to the price that was paid for the item.

If you want to replace the item with the same item, a replacement will be sent out once the defect is confirmed. XR Brands reserves the right to require the item be returned for the process of validating the defect. Our Customer Service Team will assist you in completing the necessary process.

To begin your return or exchange, send us an email at retailorders@xrllc.com. To ensure we can provide the fastest service, please include the following in your email: customer name, order number, item (SKU) number, and proof of the item defect or damage.

If you desire a replacement of the defective item, XR Brands will be responsible for the shipping cost to send you the replacement item. If no replacement is desired, a store credit will be issued to include the price paid for the item and the original shipping charge once the defect is confirmed.

XR Brands Manufacturer Warranty Submission

To obtain a Manufacturer Warranty for XR Brand products purchased from a different seller, please contact our Warranty Department within the 30-day warranty period at endusersupport@xrbrands.com. We will require the following information:

  • Filled out Warranty Claim Form. Click here to obtain the warranty claim form.
  • A short description of what the issue is.
  • Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the original receipt showing the defective item and the date of purchase. A warranty replacement will not be issued unless a proof of purchase can be provided.
  • Photo displaying the defective product

Our Warranty Department will issue you an RMA number to allow your return. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS. Returns will be for a replacement of the same item only.

Once your item has been received and processed through our Returns Department, you will receive an email notification from our Warranty Department.

Order Processing

We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority and are shipped same day if it is submitted before 1 pm PST.

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate the delivery time frame, please use the delivery window of Monday – Friday.

  • International Express: 3-5 Business Days

Customs and Brokerage Fees:

Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees vary, and you should contact your country’s customs department to confirm what additional fees you will need to pay to claim your shipment. Because these fees vary, XR Brands will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these fees and charges.
